Passionate About Inspiring Others

I have been in the salon industry for over 35 years and I realized that I have been coaching all those years. Friendships are developed as my clients and I go through life together and check in with each other every 4-6 weeks. This is a natural and intentional decision for me to move in this direction for my new season of life. Now that I am 60 years young with a bit of experience under my belt, I understand what inspires me and what has kept me inspired to “do hair", manage a salon, and teach and train salon techs to be successful. A common thread through it all is encouraging others to feel good about who they are and help them see and discover their potential. I want my clients to feel empowered and to fully understand that they matter and that what they do has a purpose and can make a lasting impact. I love to see others grow forward as they break through old mindsets that no longer serve them and reach goals they never thought possible! That brings me joy!
